The amendment requires the Department of Correction (DOC) to
develop a plan for implementing certain healthcare changes in
correctional facilities resulting in no fiscal impact to the state. The DOC
can develop a plan within current resources.
Senate "A" strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact
resulting in the impact described above.
