RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF SCOTT R.
CHADWICK, ESQUIRE, OF EAST HARTFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Scott R. 1
Chadwick, Esquire, of East Hartford to be a Judge of the Superior Court, 2
to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both 3
Houses, in succession to the Honorable Edward T. Krumeich, is 4
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 5
Court for said term. 6
