AN ACT PROHIBITING THE SALE, BARTER OR OFFERING FOR
SALE OR BARTER OF DEAD KANGAROOS AND ANY PRODUCT
MADE FROM DEAD KANGAROOS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes pertaining to commerce be amended to 1
establish the Kangaroo Protection Act of 2023 to prohibit the sale, barter 2
and offering for sale or barter of any dead kangaroo or product made 3
from dead kangaroos. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To establish the Kangaroo Protection Act of 2023.
