AN ACT ELIMINATING THE HIGHWAY USE TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to eliminate the 1
highway use tax. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the highway use tax.
