AN ACT ALLOWING INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS TO VOTE. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to allow individuals, 1 
while incarcerated, to become electors and vote. 2 
Statement of Purpose:   
To allow incarcerated individuals to vote.
