AN ACT ELIMINATING ADMINISTRATIVE BURDENS FOR
NONPROFIT PROVIDERS OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 4 of the general statutes be amended to (1) eliminate 1
administrative burdens on nonprofit providers of health and human 2
services contracting with the state, and (2) ensure timely state payment 3
of such providers. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate administrative burdens on nonprofit health and human
services providers contracting with the state and ensure timely state
payment for their services.
