Explanation
The bill requires the Commission on Women, Children, Seniors,
Equity and Opportunity to conduct a study on the needs of senior
citizens resulting in a cost of $10,000 in FY 24. To meet the requirements
of the study the Commission will need to hire a graduate fellow from a
CT based institution in FY 24 to assist with the research, data collection,
and drafting of the report.
