AN ACT ESTABLISHING A PROCESS FOR THE ADDITION OF
DIVERSE STATUES TO THE STATE CAPITOL BUILDING.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4b-60 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
State Commission on Capitol Preservation and Restoration to develop a 2
process for identifying and commissioning additional statues to be 3
added to the exterior of the State Capitol building that reflect the 4
diversity of the state. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To develop a process for identifying and commissioning additional
statues for the exterior of the State Capitol building that reflect the
diversity of the state.
