The bill establishes a State Historical Commission to provide
memorialization and commemoration recommendations related to state
and national history resulting in no fiscal impact because the
Commission has the expertise to meet the requirements of the bill.
The bill also makes various requirements of the State Commission on
Capitol Preservation and Restoration resulting in no fiscal impact
because the Commission has the expertise to meet the requirements of
the bill.
House "A" alters the appointments of the commission and makes
technical and clarifying changes resulting in no fiscal impact to the state.
