AN ACT CONCERNING ZERO CARBON EMISSIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 22a-200a of the general statutes be amended to establish 1
meaningful ways to hold state agencies, energy suppliers and vendors 2
accountable for reaching the carbon reduction goals of the Connecticut 3
Global Warming Solutions Act. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To create accountability for reaching the state's carbon reduction goals.
