AN ACT CONCERNING SCHOOLS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Education shall 1
conduct a study about schools in the state. Not later than May 20, 2023, 2
the department shall submit a report of the results of such study to the 3
joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 4
matters relating to education, in accordance with the provisions of 5
section 11-4a of the general statutes. 6
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
Section 1 from passage New section

To require the Department of Education to study schools.
