No Fiscal Impact
The amendment does not change the fiscal impact of the underlying
bill.
It removes certain provisions from the underlying bill (such as
automatic contract renewal under certain circumstances), provides for
an exception to a notice requirement under current law, and makes
other changes to the rules governing contract termination between a
health carrier and a participating provider, which do not have a fiscal
impact.
