Explanation 
This bill has no fiscal impact. The bill allows condominiums and 
cooperative owners to install solar panel on non-shared roof space. The 
bill does not obligate the state to any action.  
House amendment "A" makes several adjustments to regulations on 
solar for condominiums and cooperatives. The amendment also charges 
the Department of Administrative Services to inform local building 
inspectors about the provisions within, and publicly post this change on 
the website and the changes to the state building code through this 
legislation. This can be done within existing appropriations.
