The estimate for the creation of that material is currently $100,000 to develop it and it may require incidental updates in the future. The bill additionally requires each municipality in the state to have at least one tabulator. For those with tabulators there will be no fiscal impact. Most municipalities are known to have tabulators available with about 2,500 in usage statewide.
