Potential Cost
The amendment alters the requirements for the use of tabulators.
Where previously it was required to have one in each district, it does
require that each tabulator used in a district may only be used for that
district. This could potentially require additional tabulators be
purchased to comply for municipalities. The increase would vary by
town and depend on current practices.
