Explanation
The bill modifies the name of the committee, alters the committee
appointments, changes the reporting dates, and makes various technical
changes resulting in no fiscal impact to the state.
House "A" changes the effective date and the date of the committee's
first meeting resulting in no fiscal impact to the state.
