RESOLUTION PROPOSING A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT
ESTABLISHING THE POWER TO RECALL ELECTED OFFICIALS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the state Constitution be amended to allow electors to petition 1
for the holding of a special election for the purpose of determining 2
whether an elected public official shall be recalled from office. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize and establish a procedure for the recall of elected public
officials.
