AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSPARENCY IN EDUCATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide equal and 1
comprehensive access to education and academic opportunities for all 2
children in Connecticut. 3
