Explanation
The amendment strikes Section 9 of the underlying bill and its
associated impact.
The amendment requires local and regional school districts to post a
notice in each school cafeteria regarding the nutritional value of food
served for school meals. This results in costs annually beginning in FY
24, expected to be less than $1,000 per school district, associated with
printing the notice containing this information.
