Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to equalize access to physical, 1 mental and behavioral health care in the state and to strengthen the 2 state's response to the fentanyl and opioid epidemic. 3 Statement of Purpose: To equalize access to physical, mental and behavioral health care in the state and to strengthen the state's response to the fentanyl and opioid epidemic.
