The amendment on the bill as amended is not anticipated to result in
a fiscal impact to the state or municipalities. It allows the Commission
on Community Gun Violence Intervention and Prevention under the
Department of Public Health to establish certain entities to foster a
system that unites community service providers with adults and
juveniles needing support and services in order to address trauma
suffered as a result of gun violence, instead of evaluating the challenges
of providing home health care to survivors of gun violence.
