AN ACT MODERNIZING SUPPORT SERVICES FOR VULNERABLE 
POPULATIONS. 
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General 
Assembly convened: 
 
That the general statutes be amended to enhance and modernize care 1 
and support services for persons eligible to receive Medicaid. 2 
Statement of Purpose:   
To ensure all vulnerable persons in the state receive the maximum 
amount of Medicaid care and support services available in a 
modernized delivery system.
