AN ACT AMENDING A CONVEYANCE OF A PARCEL OF STATE
LAND IN THE TOWN OF FAIRFIELD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 23 of special act 01-6, as amended by special act 21-36, be 1
amended to permit the town of Fairfield to use the parcel of land located 2
at 488 Tunxis Hill Road in the town of Fairfield for charitable purposes, 3
including combatting homelessness and food insecurity. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To amend a prior land conveyance to allow the town of Fairfield to
utilize the conveyed land for charitable purposes.
