No Fiscal Impact  
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal 
impact resulting in the following impact.  
The amendment defines small system heat pump work and requires 
the Department of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations resulting 
in no fiscal impact to the state.
