No Fiscal Impact
The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact resulting in the following impact.
The amendment does not have a fiscal impact to the state as it
requires two already established councils to combine. The amendment
also makes changes to parties who may be ordered to pay alimony
which also does not have a fiscal impact.
