Explanation
The amendment removes the minimal annual savings to the
Department of Energy and Environmental Protection beginning in FY
24 in Sections 2, 3, and 9 of the underlying bill, as it restores a
requirement that the agency advertise certain notices in a print
newspaper. Under the amendment, certain notices must be posted
online and advertised in print.
