Additional information supplied by the agency would reduce the
cost to the Secretary of State's office in FY 24. The cost as noted in the
bill as amended included a software license that should not be an
additional expense in FY 24. This would reduce the cost to the Secretary
of State's office by $500,000 in FY 24 and have no impact on FY 25.
