RESOLUTION PROPOSING A STATE CONSTITUTIONAL
AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE FOR JUDICIAL REVIEW OF CONTESTED
GENERAL ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the Constitution of the state be amended to vest the Judicial 1
Department with exclusive jurisdiction over the election returns and 2
qualification of members of the General Assembly. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To vest the Judicial Department with exclusive jurisdiction over the
election returns and qualifications of members of the General Assembly.
