No Fiscal Impact
The amendment, which results in no fiscal impact, requires that,
beginning January 1, 2025, any written agreement for the provision of
childcare services contain a statement indicating whether a childcare
licensee does or does not carry liability insurance. The amendment also
requires that, beginning January 1, 2026, each childcare licensee confirm
they met the reporting requirements outlined in the bill.
