Explanation
The bill, which makes technical adjustments and repeals various
labor-related laws, does not result in any fiscal impact to the state or
municipalities.
House “A” clarifies the penalties that employers that violate the
provisions of the paid sick day statutes are subject to. This does not
result in any fiscal impact.
