Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill
The amendment eliminates sections 1 and 2 of the underlying bill and
the associated potential municipal revenue gain as a result of
municipalities taking action to collect a surety bond.
The amendment additionally requires the Department of Housing to
include certain rental assistance waitlist information in an existing
annual report, which has no fiscal impact.
