Explanation 
The bill results in no fiscal impact to the state or municipalities 
because each of the following can be accomplished with existing 
resources. 
The bill (1) establishes the Division of Fire Services Administration as 
the successor to the Office of State Fire Administration and expands the 
statutory responsibilities of the division, (2) changes the membership of 
the Commission on Fire Prevention and Control and updates the 
commission's statutory responsibilities, (3) establishes a working group 
to make recommendations regarding the structure and operations of the 
Office of State Fire Marshal and the Office of Education and Data 
Management within the Department of Administrative Services, and (4) 
makes various other conforming and procedural changes. 
House "A" strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal impact
