Eliminates Cost In Bill
The amendment eliminates the review requirement from the
Secretary of the State (SOTS) and eliminates the previous pathway to
challenge the description of a referenda. This would eliminate the
requirement for a Staff Attorney II and eliminates the municipal cost.
