AN ACT CONCERNING DRUG AFFORDABILITY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the state employee 1
health plan, for each category of insulin, to cover the lowest wholesale 2
acquisition cost of insulin at no out-of-pocket costs to enrollees. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To make prescription drugs affordable for Connecticut residents.
