The bill affects over 60 types of licenses, certifications, permits, and registrations for which DCP received almost 120,000 application and renewal requests in FY 23. These fees currently range from $60 to $1,100, the bill limits the fees to $100 or $200. The Out Years The annualized ongoing fiscal impact identified above would continue into the future subject to the number of individual licenses, certifications, permits, and registration applications and renewals received.
