Explanation 
The bill does not result in any fiscal impact to the Department of 
Labor, the Connecticut Paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance 
Authority, and the Judicial Department as it clarifies the already existing 
appeal process for all agencies.  
Senate "A" makes a procedural change to the underlying bill and does 
not result in a fiscal impact.
