The amendment strikes the underlying bill and its associated fiscal
impact resulting in the following impact.
The amendment creates a task force to examine and make
recommendations regarding consumer protections when purchasing or
leasing solar photovoltaic systems resulting in no fiscal impact to the
state because the task force has the expertise to meet the requirements
of the amendment.
