AN ACT CONCERNING THE LEGISLATIVE COMMISSIONERS'
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR TECHNICAL REVISIONS TO THE
HIGHER EDUCATION STATUTES.
SUMMARY
This bill makes minor and technical changes to the statutes
concerning higher education, including standardizing statutory
references to the Office of Higher Education’s “licensure” and
“accreditation” of a for-profit higher education institution by replacing
these terms with “authorization.”
