The amendment strikes the language in the underlying bill and the
associated fiscal impact.
The amendment, which requires Medicaid coverage of biomarker
testing for the purpose of diagnosis, treatment, appropriate
management or ongoing monitoring of a Medicaid enrollee's disease or
condition, is not anticipated to result in a fiscal impact as such testing is
currently covered.
