Explanation 
The bill requires the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to 
maintain an electronic database and post information on their website 
related to the maintenance of elevators by January 1, 2025. These 
requirements are anticipated to require up to $100,000 in startup costs 
in FY 25 and ongoing costs of $86,750 per year ($2,000 in other expenses, 
and one new position costing $60,000 in salary and $24,750 in fringe 
benefits).
