Explanation
The bill (1) establishes various procedural requirements around early
voting and relocating polling places; (2) eliminating some existing
requirements of agreements between regional election advisors and
councils of government; and (3) requires the Secretary of the State
(SOTS) to conduct a statewide review of early voting procedures and
results in no fiscal impact to the state or municipalities.
