AN ACT CONCERNING THE REPORTING OF MEDICAL DEBT.

The fiscal note for the amendment incorrectly stated the timing of the
potential revenue impact to the Connecticut Health Insurance Exchange
(“exchange”) as beginning in FY 26. Because the exchange’s
marketplace assessment is based on individual and small group
premium data that is two years in arrears and the health benefit plans
authorized by the bill can be offered beginning April 1, 2025, the
amendment results in a potential revenue impact to the exchange
beginning in FY 27 and annually thereafter.
