AN ACT CONCERNING PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT.
SUMMARY
This bill makes a minor change to a statutory provision on newspaper
notification requirements for municipal planning commission decisions.
It clarifies that these notifications must be published no later than 15
days (rather than within 15 days) after the decision.
