Eliminates Fiscal Impact in Bill  
The amendment eliminates the fiscal impact in the underlying bill by 
striking sections 1 through 6, inclusive, and section 8.

In the underlying bill, section 1 results in a cost and potential revenue impact to the 
Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, sections 2 through 4 result in a potentially 
significant revenue loss to the higher education constituent units, and section 8 results 
in a transfer of funds between various municipalities.
