AN ACT CONCERNING BUSINESS REGISTRATIONS FILED WITH
THE SECRETARY OF THE STATE.

The fiscal note on the underlying bill indicated a potential cost to the
Office of the Attorney General (OAG) due to the bill's mandate to bring
certain actions within a specified time frame. The fiscal note on the bill
should have indicated no potential fiscal impact to the OAG. Additional
information has now been provided indicating that the new statutory
limit in the bill is unlikely to impact the caseload of the OAG.
