AN ACT CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES AND
ASSOCIATED JOB SECTORS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to implement measures that 1
protect the state's environment and provide for the further development 2
of renewable energy sources and associated job sectors while reducing 3
costs attendant to such protections and development. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the state's environment while providing for the development
of renewable energy sources and related job sectors in a manner that
reduces costs connected with such protections and development.
