AN ACT ALLOWING EARNED WAGE ACCESS SERVICE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 36a of the general statutes be amended to allow earned 1
wage access service by persons licensed by the Banking Commissioner 2
to provide such service. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To allow earned wage access service by persons licensed by the Banking
Commissioner to provide such service.
