AN ACT ADDING CERTAIN PLANTS TO THE INVASIVE PLANTS LIST.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to add Japanese barberry and 1
burning bush to the list of invasive plants prohibited in the state. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the sale, use and distribution of Japanese barberry and
burning bush in the state.
