AN ACT ADDING OYSTER SHELLS TO THE STATE'S LIST OF
RECYCLABLE MATERIALS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to add oyster shells to the state's 1
list of required recyclable materials. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for the recycling and reuse of oyster shells as a means to seed
more Connecticut oyster beds.
