AN ACT CONCERNING PROPERTY TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR FARM
MACHINERY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-91 of the general statutes be amended to increase the 1
maximum assessed value of farm machinery exempt from local 2
property taxation. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the maximum assessed value of farm machinery exempt
from local property taxation.
